Yet again, SHINee performed Ring Ding Dong without their maknae Taemin. But unlike their performance on Music Core, they performed a special remix version of Ring Ding Dong on Inkigayo! Personally, I liked this remix as it brought somewhat a fresh new feel to the song. Check it out!

Sigh... The H1N1 just won't let the SHINee boys stay together. Right after their trip to the Philippines, the SHINee boys went back to work.
The fans were quite delighted to finally see the five boys come together on one stage after their constant absence due to their infections of the swine flu. Starting from Jonghyun, the virus passed onto Onew, and just recently hit their maknae, Taemin as well. While Jonghyun and Onew both returned fully to their old selves again, Taemin is still on his way to recovery.
On today's MBC Music Core, Taemin was indeed out of sight. Although the four boys did a fantastic job bouncing those hips on stage, noticing the empty spot of Taemin was inevitable. Check out the performance below and also check out the SFI Forums.

And it never ends... SHINee's Taemin is the latest victim to have contracted the notorious swine flu.
Taemin was rushed to the hospital on the 25th after developing fever and was diagnosed to be H1N1 positive on the 26th.
SM Entertainment stated: "Taemin has been diagnosed with swine flu but it's not serious. We will cancel all of his scheduled events and he will take a rest."
Jonghyun and Onew have both recovered and now Taemin has fallen, with Key and Minho still safe. SM Entertainment seems to be plagued with swine flu, as three member from f(x) also tested postive for H1N1 recently but are recovering quickly.
Yay!!! Onew is back on stage!!! :D 5 members together as 1. Wowo. XD Heard the fans scream when Onew is singing? :) Welcome back. :) The rest of the members and we (the fans) miss you so much. :D *Taemin is so cute. Love him.* XD JongHyun fighting!!! After being diagnosed with swine flu, SHINee's Onew is now fully recovered! A representative of SM Entertainment had a phone call with Newsen today (19th KST), stating: "It has been confirmed that Onew is now fully recovered from swine flu."
He was diagnosed with swine flu back on November 7th and got a checkup on the 13th, but he didn't fully recover as he still had a slight fever. He was finally confirmed as fully recovered after checking in the hospital on the 18th. Onew will be back with SHINee to perform on this week's Music Core on the 21st.
Yay, Onew is fully recovered. Yes~~!!! :D SHINee, go go go. FIGHTING!!! XD

SHINee expressed their happiness with their fans! Today, each of the members added a comment through their group's me2Day, which was created recently.
Unfortunately, their leader Onew did not comment due to his ongoing recovery from swine flu.

SHINee had just captured their Mutizen triple crown on Inkigayo on 15th November. They sure must be happy with their triple crown! Congrats to SHINee!
After winning the past two Mutizen awards, could SHINee go on to claim their 3rd and final award on the 15th November episode of Inkigayo?
In this 15th November episode of Inkigayo, three out of the seven Take 7 nominees performed - Park Bom with You and I, SHINee with Ring Ding Dong and Brown Eyed Girls with Sign. SS501, MBLAQ, BEAST and Seo In Kook were not performing.
And the winner was SHINee who, despite having to do without their leader, Onew, marched on to claim their Mutizen triple crown on Inkigayo. A great way to round off the week and hopefully welcome back Onew next week.

Onew has been out of the k-pop scene for a while now due to the infamous H1N1 virus. Just like Jonghyun who also suffered from swine flu, Onew was expected to make a quick recovery and join his fellow SHINee members. Unfortunately, it's taking Onew a little longer to recover.
Onew was diagnosed with swine flu on the 7th and revisited the hospital for another checkup on the 13th. SM Entertaiment had assumed he was now ready to finish his break and return back on stage. However, the hospital detected a slight fever, forcing his return to be delayed once again. This includes SHINee's upcoming stage on SBS Inkigayo later tonight.
A representative of SM Entertainment stated: "We have received a doctor's statement that Onew still has a slight fever. We are not going to put Onew back on activities by force, he will continue resting until he fully recovers."
Onew will be revisiting the hospital next week for another checkup.
OMG!!! Why is this happening? :'( Onew ah, get well soon. PLEASE!!!!!!!! :'(

Last week, SHINee had special guests to perform with as they had Super Junior's Yesung and Leeteuk filling in one at a time as Jonghyun and Onew took turns being absent due to their diagnose with swine flu.
Today on Music Bank, SHINee performed their hit-song Ring Ding Dong, but yet again they were missing a member and leader, Onew, who is still not fully fit and recovering from swine flu. Unfortunately this time they performed as a 4 member group, without any fill in for Onew.

*edit* I had watched the yt. :) Wow, they are so good. :) Onew, get well soon and sing and dance again with the rest of the members. :) Some people said/asked that is Taemin messed up the end of the song? That are some comments that I saw in the yt. :) But actually is no, that's part of the song but the song itself that we heard is softer. That's why we may think that Taemin messed up. :) But anyway, fans will always keep their idols in the first place, right? Hehe. :D SHINee FIGHTING!!! XD Great performances. :D

SHINee will be performing as a 4-member group on the 13th November episode of Music Bank.
Having seen Jonghyun and Onew come down with swine flu simultaneously, Super Junior's Yesung and Leeteuk came in as replacements on Music Bank and Inkigayo respectively last week.
The other three SHINee members Key, Minho and Taemin were also tested for precaution measures but thankfully, none of them tested positive for it.
But with Onew still not fit enough to perform, it was decided that SHINee will perform with just 4 members tonight. An official said, "Onew is recovering well from his illness but he's not fit enough to return to the stage as yet." He will return to the hospital for another checkup and if everything goes right, he should be passed fully fit at the end of today.
Stay tuned to allkpop to see if SHINee can claim their 3rd consecutive K-Chart win.
Onew ah, get well soon. We will wait for you. :) Hope to see together as 5. :) Saranghae to all my idols. :) You guys are the best.^^

The curse of the swine flu seems to have struck SHINee. Having only just reported hours earlier that Jonghyun had recovered fully from swine flu, it was reported now that SHINee's leader, Onew has also been hit by it.
The announcement came at around 6pm on 7th November as it was reported that Onew had developed a gentle, mild fever last night. He was sent to the hospital today and tests have shown that he has contracted swine flu.
Onew has been prescribed Tamiflu and is now back home resting.
The other three SHINee members, Key, Minho and Taemin were also tested for precaution, and neither of them have shown any symptoms of the illness fortunately.
So that explains why SHINee wasn't performing on Music Core as scheduled.
So with Onew at home resting, it might look like SHINee will be performing as a 4-member group instead on the 8th November episode of Inkigayo. But it was revealed that Super Junior's leader, Leeteuk will take the place of Onew for tomorrow.
WTH!!! WTF!!! Happy that JH recovered but now is Onew!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! How can this happen to our boys?!? WTF!!! PLEASE NO!!! JUST GET AWAY FROM THIS!!! :'( Get well soon, Onew, SHINee's leader.

During the four days of Jonghyun's absence due to his diagnosis of swine flu, the fans had to suffer the unbearable emptiness on the stage. Although his spot was filled with Super Junior's Yesung, SHINee did not "shine" as brightly as when they were together. But no worries now! It seems like Jonghyun is finally free from the virus. It has been reported that Jonghyun is now fully recovered from the flu, but not quite to return back to his activities yet.
SM Entertainment stated, "Jonghyun is fully recovered from the swine flu. However, his physical condition is still not the best, so we will have to see."
Jonghyun showed his strong desire to return on stage as well. Since he could not face the members himself because of the airborne H1N1 virus, he filmed a word of encouragement for his members and called each one of them before the performance. He also delivered a heartfelt apology for not being able to be with them. Now, that's what I call friendship!
Meanwhile, SHINee was recently triple-crowned for their song, Ring Ding Dong for not only on SBS Inkigayo and KBS Music Bank, but also on this month's Mnet's M! Countdown. Hope to see you soon, Jonghyun!
